Great Things Come to Those in
The Guest Great Room...

. . . where you can spend time with that special someone or meet and greet friends, old and new. Enjoy a soothing soak in the window-enclosed hot tub, whip up a snack or a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ steaks on the outdoor gas grill, eat or play games at the dining table, snuggle into the comfy leather sofas for popcorn and a movie, or make a date with that long-awaited book in front of the cozy remote-controlled gas fireplace.

A delicious homemade breakfast is included each morning of your stay and artfully served on the covered veranda, in the main dining room, or privately in your suite. Chef Paul's menu varies and may include main courses such as Eggs Benedict, Stuffed French Toast, Swedish Pancakes, or any number of delectable dishes! (You will find a rotating selection of Paul’s recipes with Lynn’s photos on our new Recipe Page. Bon Appetite!)

Powered by Paul's hearty breakfast, you might choose to enjoy any number of exciting activities waiting for you just outside our doors. Take a morning stroll around beautiful Lily Lake; explore the dynamic Peak-To-Peak Highway and snap your own award-winning photo of St. Malo’s picturesque stone church; experience the awesome beauty of Estes Valley by foot or bicycle on the 7-mile paved path surrounding Lake Estes; shop-'till-you-drop in quaint downtown Estes Park; try your luck at landing a Rocky Mountain Rainbow in one of our pristine lakes or streams; rent a scooter for the day and feel the wind in your hair as you explore the panoramic highways and byways; or experience breathtaking views while honing your golfing skills at the award winning 18-hole course, just a few short blocks from your Mountain Valley Home. (The grazing herds of elk don't mind if you play through!)

Magnificent Rocky Mountain National Park is located just a few minutes drive from the Inn! Open year-round, it is a veritable playground for both summer and winter activities: horse-back riding, fishing, hiking, bird- and wildlife watching, photography, picnicking, camping, snowshoeing and cross country skiing…just to mention a few. (Please refer to our “Activities” and “Events” pages for further information.)

In the evening, returning guests are invited to gather in our Tuscan Wine Room (or on the Veranda) to share appetizers, wine tasting and stories of their day’s adventures. Then, for the ultimate in romantic transportation to and from your restaurant for dinner, surprise her with a horse-drawn carriage ride! Clydesdales Nick and Bud (owned by Don and Cherie Gardner of Tender Grass Carriage) will pick you up right in front of the inn. (For contact and booking information visit our “Activities and Services” page.)

For your less active pursuits, our large Covered Veranda adorned with cascading summer flower baskets is a wonderful place to experience Rocky Mountain and Estes Valley views, and the morning sun (along with Chef Paul's outstanding breakfast)! Linger a while after your meal (or return in the afternoon or evening) and you’ll discover many relaxing ways to indulge your senses. You can spy on the fascinating hummingbirds as they drink at the feeders; photograph the abundant wildlife as they graze just feet below your vantage point; marvel at birds of prey as they soar lazily through the blue skies above; watch the Koi fish glide through our bridge-covered pond; or relax with a good book. For the ultimate in indulgence, be kind to yourself and take a much deserved nap in one of our comfy lounge chairs as you breathe in the rejuvenating clean mountain air.
